Joy, discipline and sportsmanship

Physical Education is an inclusive part of the curriculum, with state-of-the-art facilities and specialist coaches for every discipline — classes in the timetable, games for boarders after school, team practice sessions and summer camps. Students are encouraged to participate in SGFI, IPSC and other invitational tournaments.

Age-appropriate games begin in pre-primary. From Class II–III a rotation plan introduces about eight sports; from Class IV each child specialises in a sport of choice and trains in it all year. Inter-house matches and sports carnivals keep the sports culture thriving.
